Instructions:
Core values are the fundamental beliefs of a person or organization. These guiding principles dictate behavior. Your values are the things that you believe are important in the way you live and work. They (should) determine your priorities, and, deep down, they’re probably the measures you use to tell if your life is turning out the way you want it to.
For example, someone who values family might try to spend extra time at home, while someone who values success in their career may just do the opposite.
Step 1: Evaluate these values.
From 1 to 8 (0= irrelevant and 8= key guiding value) draw and discuss your values.
Step 2: Create groups.
Summarize your findings and create groups.

Group 1: 3 points or less.

Group 2: Between 4 and 6.

Group 3: 7 or 8 points. Key values.
