I’ve designed and implemented processes for all kinds of organizations—from accelerators and small businesses to complex manufacturing facilities. My focus is always the same: to create processes that stick. Not the kind that live only in a manager’s head, cause bottlenecks, lead to micromanagement, or get buried in forgotten documents.
I build systems that bring clarity, transparency, and shared ownership—where every team member understands the criteria for success, feels empowered to make decisions, and where issues are spotted and addressed early.

This process requires a minimum of 3 month sessions (around 80 hours)
Usually this is our action plan:
- Evaluate current processes and needs (1 -2 months)
- Find blockers, non-negotiables, and challenges and understand what we can change now and what things we can’t (1 month)
- Build a proposal and action plan and discuss it. (1-2 months)
- Implementation (minimum 1 month but some are ongoing)
