Concept 1: People, Organization Structure, and Management.
With your goal in mind, you are trying to understand what type of people you are internally and externally supporting your team so that you can win. You are also thinking about the conditions those people need and the organizational structure and the type of management that will help to enable and empower them to do their best work.
Concept 2: Physical assets, profits, and cash flow.
What’s your budget and what can you do with it? How can you increase it or reduce it to help you win? You may also think about strategies to increase cash flow and margins or reduce costs.
Concept 3: Product, Price, Promotion, Place, and physical evidence.
Start by thinking about your product or service and define how your product or service is satisfying the target market. Think about how your product is different and how is perceived by the market. Will a price reduction help attract more clients? Is the current price competitive?
Concept 4: Communication card.
What is the communication strategy? Which channels will you use? Where and how can current or potential clients find out more about you? In what way is the message being communicated? Is the message simple and clear so that they can remember it?
Concept 5: Value proposition and Company promise card.
What do you want your company be known for in three years’ time and what is your commitment to it? How does your brand promise help you attract new customers? Is your guarantee clearly aligning with your value proposition? How are you promoting your promise?
