Start by listing your features and unique services.
How is your solution going to help your customer/stakeholder reach their goal?
STEP 3
Evaluate and determine the uniqueness of your product/solution by evaluating all your features/services.
Discuss the uniqueness of your product or service and define your competitive advantage.
Evaluate how easily your resources can be imitated:
- Tangible: financial, physical, or technological
- Organizational/intangible: human, innovation, creativity, or reputation
Compare the results with your competition by placing each sticky note inside the pyramid: 1) Easy to imitate 2) Can be imitated at a cost 3) Difficult (brand, customer loyalty, culture, work environment, etc) 4) Can’t be imitated (patents and physical assets).
